Wecome Baby and Welcome Back!

I needed a break from cake pops, it was much needed and well deserved.

I've been really enjoying my summer without having to worry about orders and baking and chocolate not melting properly because of heat and humidity.

Not to mention I had a lot going on with my son and really wasn't able to take time away from him.

But

I'm baaaaack!!!

I welcomed myself back to cake pops and welcomed a new baby girl into the world by making this arrangement.

Happy 1st Birthday Caleb!!! GO BUCKS!!!

Caleb's mommy contacted me back when I first started Let's Have a Ball, she was planning a football/Ohio State University themed 1st Birthday Party for her little man.

My husband is a huge Ohio State fan and I guess you could say I am, by default, so I was pretty excited for this order.

I knew I'd use sanding sugar, my favorite, I use it all the time.

I just love the sparkly effect it gives basic cake pops.

And of course the FOOTBALL!!!!

Available Dates - UPDATED

I thought it would be a good idea to post my availability for May and June as I have been receiving quite a bit of emails.  I wish I could take on every order, but unfortunately it is just me, myself and I, so I can only take a handful of orders each month.  Here is a list of dates I have open, I am posting weekend dates as that is when the majority of people place their orders for:

May 14-15 PENDING
May 21-22
June 25-26

April is already completely booked, if you have already contacted me, you are most likely down on my calender, but feel free to email me at letshaveacakeball@gmail.com if you would like to double check.

To Infinity And Beyond: A Toy Story Themed 2nd Birthday

When I started making cake pops I had seen a photo of Hammie and Mr. Potato Head cake pops.

I really had no reason to make them, even though I always wanted to.

Then my son, Davis, discovered Toy Story around Christmas time.

I knew right then he was having a Toy Story themed 2nd Birthday party, complete with none other than the Ham and the Potato.

The birthday cake and cupcakes were made by my amazing friend Angi from How Sweet It Is.  She even made 3 very special egg free cupcakes for Davis since he is allergic to them.

And now onto picture overload.

Happy 2nd Birthday Davis!!

Daddy and Mommy love you to Infinity and Beyond!!!
